考试考生操作程序如下：
1 、考生进入到考场后，严格按座位对号入座 ，并将准考证放在桌面上 ，以便监考员查核 。
2、调整好耳机的头带，戴上耳机 。耳机话筒距嘴最合适的距离是保持在2cm左右 ，距离不能太近（小于1cm） ，也不能太远（大于5cm），话筒略低于嘴巴。
3 、考生在英语听说考试计算机考试系统界面上通过键盘输入考生号 ，并按回车键（ENTER键） ，经确认照片无误后进入考试系统。考生需准确输入自己的考生号 。
4 、按系统提示测试设备音量 。正确进入考试系统后，根据语音提示 ，点击“开始录音 ”按钮 ，朗读系统给出的一段中文或英文，测试录音设备 ，这时可调节录音的音量大小 ，录音完成后，会自动回放录音，测试能否清晰听到自己的录音 ，这时可调整耳机的音量开关以及调节话筒的播放音量大小 ，回放结束后，会弹出“清晰 ”与“不清晰”按钮 ，若不清晰 ，需再次点击“开始录音 ”按钮，继续试音测试 ，若清晰 ，系统会自动弹出“试卷下载成功，考试准备就绪 ”
5、考试开始后 ，考生不能再使用键盘 ，避免死机或退出考试系统。如考试过程中计算机出现死机或不能录音等故障，考生须举手询问 ，待监考员和系统管理员处理 。
6 、考试结束 ，确认考生答案全部上传至服务器后，系统管理员启动“结束本场考试”指令按钮，监考机会自动对考生答案进行打包 。监考员发出离场指令 ，考生按指定路线离开考场。
